As part of the CDBG Façade Grant (Round 2), the Capitol Theater is getting a much needed facelift.  After years of neglect and many façade iterations (most of them awful), we are pleased to report that construction is now underway on a brand new façade.  This façade will compliment that of its sister theater, the Ottumwa, located next door that received a full façade restoration just last year.  Below are renderings of what the completed façade will look like:
