The Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation, committed to improving the health, education, and vitality of Ottumwa Iowa, seeks a highly motivated, driven, influential, and detail-oriented individual to serve as Grants Program Manager. This full-time position is an integral member of the Legacy Foundation team and strong interpersonal skills are a must to join and support the success of the Grants Program Team. Strong service-orientation is required to coordinate, track, and report all aspects of the grant-making process. Quality execution is a must. This includes a high level of attention to the administrative process including follow up. Potential candidates must be hands-on with managing the grants administrative process as well as supporting the Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation’s competitive grant program and scholarship program. If you take pride in your articulate and relationship focused communication skills, you will provide a strong connection with vendors, applicants, grantees and Legacy Foundation management with all aspects of the grant making process. This includes strong writing skills to support the integrity of information and make recommendations for program enhancements. This outgoing, detail oriented person will provide grantee support in a friendly, enthusiastic, and accurate way.
