This position requires a competitive, independent, person of action who can problem solve and strategically get things done through people. Reporting to the President  & CEO of Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation,  the successful candidate will be held accountable for all promotions and activities in our 12,000 sq. ft. multi-faceted facility. As the Market’s spokesperson you must have strong and influential communication skills required for maintaining good community relations with the public, city leadership, and civic organizations.  You will be accountable for creative implementation of strategic small business development including marketing, social media, grant application/management needed to excite a vibrant shopping venue within our Market.
