A special thank you goes out to our friends from Steuben County, Indiana Sharon Stroh and Bill Geiger who braved the impending snow storm to come visit us last week.  Sharon and Bill were here to share their experiences with implementing broadband in their county.  Governing boards from the Ottumwa Economic Development Corp. and the Ottumwa Regional Legacy Foundation along with representatives from the City of Ottumwa, Wapello County Board of Supervisors, Indian Hills Community College and local companies providing internet services gathered to hear the successful story of the I-Man non-profit model and how it has improved their communities communication infrastructure and promoted economic growth.
